Founded in 1988 in central Iowa, ITWC, Inc. began by producing prepolymers with one reactor for a manufacturer of tires for fork trucks. Polyurethane molding machine manufacturing was added to the product line and we have expanded capacity several times over the years to accommodate needs of customers and their continuing growth.

Current capacity is 100 million pounds:

• 12 Reactors Ranging in Size from 500 to 6,000 Gallons in Iowa
• 8 Reactors from 600 to 2,500 Gallons in Georgia
• 6 Reactors in our Pilot Plant for Smaller Batches
• A State-of-the-Art Polyester Production Facility Completed in 2005
• 14 Bulk Storage Tanks Ranging from 4,500 to 18,000 Gallons for Storage Capacity of 1,250,000 Pounds
• 2 Blend Tanks Holding 8,500 Gallons Each
• Annual TPU Capacity of 3,500,000 Pounds
