Hydrocast

Solid cast, two component, low viscosity systems with low exotherm and rapid de-mold times are an excellent choice for molding decorative figurines, moldings, mirrors, picture frames. The Hydrocast (HC) series of urethane systems are available in a variety of hardnesses, gel times and colors.

HC Series

With hardness ranges of 65 to 75 Shore D, the HC Series is available in tan, black and white and with gel times from 90 to 180 seconds.

HC NO Series

A no odor version of the HC Series, the HC NO Series offers the same hardness ranges and colors as well as gel times of 1 to 10 minutes.

HC NO-AL

A higher impact version of the HC NO Series, the HC NO-AL Series offers the same no odor benefits, hardnesses and gel times as the HC NO.

HC VOG Series

Ideal for rapidly de-molding very thin parts, the HC VOG Series offers a no odor system in the 65 to 75D Shore hardness range and gel times of 90 to 300 seconds.

Tooling Resin

This two component highly filling Tooling Resing has an 80D Shore hardness, 10 minute gel time, and low shrinkage. All of these qualities make it an excellent choice for mold making or patterns.
