HS Series Cast Elastomers

Systems for cast elastomer systems offering high physical properties and a wide range of Shore hardnesses, the HS 400 and HS 425 product names are followed with the target hardness and gel time. For example: HS 425-65D-10M-Natural A & B is a two component, 65D hardness system with a gel time of 10 minutes.

HS 400 Series – Shore A

Low viscosity polyether two component systems designed form liners, bumpers or castings. Available in Shore hardnesses of 40A, 50A, 60A, 70A, 80A, 90A, 95A.

HS 400 Series – Shore D

High impact, high hardness low viscosity polyether system designed for hand or machine mix. Available in 60D, 70D, and 80D.

HS 425 Series – Shore A

For high production applications, the HS 425 series systems have rapid gel times for efficiency and produce products with high tensile strength and elongation properties. Available in 40A, 50A, 60A, 70A, 80A, 90A, and 95A.

HS 425 Series – Shore D

Designed for high impact, high heat applications, HS 425 is also available in Shore 55D, 60D, 70D, 75D, 80D, and 85D.
