From high resilient pour foams to microcellular or self-skinning foams, flexible pour foam systems offer good physical properties in a variety of densities and cell structures for a wide range of applications.

Flexible Pour Foams

itwc offers a complete line water blown two component flexible and semi-flexible pour foams. Some suggested applications include automotive and motorcycle seat foams, flexible toys, self-recovery archery target foam.

Microcellular Flexible Foam

For excellent tear and abrasion resistance as well as fine cell structure, these two component microcellular polyester foams may be just the right answer.

Self-Skinning Flexible Foam

Two component polyether or polyester self-skinning foams that are either all water blown or pentane blown are available for a variety of applications calling for an integral skin. Select grades offer a soft feel perfect for spa pillows, head rests and exercise pads.
