Flexible Pour Foams and Flexible Packaging Foams

itwc offers a wide range of urethane solutions for flexible and semi-flexible product applications. These two component all water blown systems produce high resiliency foams with good physical properties.

HSF 300 Series

All-water-blown, high resilient, two component flexible foam systems with fine cell structure and good physical properties. HSF 300 grades are available in 3.5 to 18.0 p.c.f. and are suggestion for applications such as motorcycle seats and sports equipment parts. HSF 306 grades offer a softer feel than the HSF 300 Series and are available in 2.5 to 18.0 p.c.f.

HSF 310 Series

These two component, all water blown, semi-flexible, semi-rigid foams are available in a variety of densities. The HSF 314 is available in 5.0 to 6.0 p.c.f. and was designed specifilcally for self-recovery target foam. The HSF 315 is available in 8.0 to 18.0 p.c.f. and is suggested for products such as automotive seals. The HSF 317 works well in conjunction with spray elastomer for lightweight concrete tooling and molds. Available in 3.5 to 10.0 p.c.f.

HSF 3000 Packaging Foams

Two component, all-water-blown packaging foams with low viscosity ideal for void filling and insulating hot tubs and spas. The HSF-3000-0.5 grade allows processing with a standard 50/50 by volume ratio. The HSF-3000-0.5 FR is virtually the same with an added fire retardant.
