Rigid Spray Foams

itwc offers an extensive range of two component, 100% solid, aromatic rigid spray foam urethane systems. Whether hydrofluorocarbon or all water blown, these rigid spray foam systems are recommended for applications requiring a moderate to high flex modulus elastomer coating to improve surface hardness and impact resistance.

HSF 200 Series

For applications such as insulating tubs, shower stalls, and void filling, these hydrofluorocarbon blown systems are available in 1.8 to 20.0 p.c.f. Select grades offer high temperature resistance and Class 1 ratings.

HSF 2000 Series

For an all water blown alternative to hydrofluorocarbon, the HSF 2000 Series can also be used for stiffening and insulating tubs, spas, and shower stalls and is available in 2.5 to 6.0 p.c.f.
