Elastomeric Spray Coatings

HT Spray Series

itwc offers an extensive line of spray elastomers, polyurea spray coatings, and polyurea/polyurethane hybrid spray coatings. The HT 2000 Series for polyurethane systems, HT 3000 series for polyurethane / polyurea hybrids, and the HT 4000 series for polyurea spray systems. FR – Fire retardant grades are also available.

HT 2000 Series

For urethane spray coatings, the HT 2000 series are the answer. Whether for use as a secondary containment over concrete or coatings for truck bed liners or over foam, the HT 2000 series offers grades with Shore A hardnesses in the 80 to 95 range, chemical resistance and low mositure sensitivity.

HT 3000 Series

These two component 100% solid polyurea/polyurethane hybrid spray elastomers are available in Shore hardness ranges of 80A, 90A, and 60D. Low moisture sensitivity, high abrasion resistance, and high performance properties are also features of select grades.

HT 4000 Series

Polyurea spray coatings offer high heat and abrasion resistance as well as higher impact, elongation and tear properties in select grades.
