Prepolymers

itwc offers a proven line of high quality prepolymers that serve as a backbone for a wide variety of products and systems.  Compatible with a variety of polyols and extenders, MDI prepolymers are an excellent choice for wide range of applications.

MDI Prepolymers

Modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymers are polyester, polyether, PTMEG based and offer flexible processing parameters.  Properties include excellent cut tear strength, low compression set, and resistance to grease and oil.

 

TDI Prepolymers

For high property elastomers, coating and adhesives application, toluene diisocyanate (TDI) prepolymers are often the answer. Whether polyether or polyester based, TDI prepolymers offer high tensile and tear strength as well as good abrasion resistance.

Aliphatic Prepolymers

Dicyclohexylmethane 4,4′ diisocyanate (HMDI) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) prepolymers offer unique property characteristics that are perfect for select applications.
