Prepolymers

Pure MDI has an extremely short shelf life that can be extended significantly by making it into a prepolymer which stabilizes the system and enhances the properties of the finished product.

IT Series

Polyester prepolymers offer excellent chemical and abrasion resistance. Several grades are offered to yield a variety of hardness ranges when blended with a ‘B’ side component.

IE Series

itwc offers several grades of PTMEG based prepolymers that are available in a variety of hardnesses when blended with a ‘B’ side component.

IP Series

Several grades of polyether based prepolymers are also available.

QZ Series

For many applications, quazi prepolymers may be the answer. With higher NCOs than other prepolymers, quazi prepolymers are more reactive and work well in spray as well as cast elastomer applications.

IC Series

Caprolactone based prepolymers are also available for specialty applications.
