IE Series – PTMEG Based Prepolymers

For high resilience applications, the IE Series of prepolymers are an excellent choice. Shore A hardnesses range from 75A to 95A.

IE-80

With a hardness rating of 83A when processed with EXT-1006, IE-80 has a standard NCO range of 4.9 to 5.3.

IE-90

Standard NCO range is 7.1 to 7.4 and when processed yields a 90A hardness rating.

IE-95

For a Shore hardness rating of 95A, IE-95 is an excellent choice. NCO range is 8.4 to 8.6.
