IT Series – Polyester Prepolymers

itwc offers a proven line of high quality polyester prepolymers with flexible processing parameters and properties such as excellent tear strength, low compression set, and resistance to grease and oil.

IT-11

Flexible foam, microcellular and adhesives applications calling for 95A Shore hardness are suggested for IT-11. The NCO range is 8.9 to 9.2 and higher NCOs are available.

IT-22

The largest prepolymer product line for itwc, IT-22 yields a 86A Shore hardness when processed with EXT-1006. Standard NCO range is 6.5 to 6.75 and higher NCOs are also available. High performance elastomers are an excellent application for IT-22.

IT-25

With a Shore hardness of 93A when processed with EXT1006, suggested applications include high performance elastomers.

IT-32

For high property elastomers, coatings and adhesive, IT-32 has a Shore hardness of 85A and a standard NCO range of 6.4 to 6.7. Higher NCOs are also available.

IT-33

With a Shore hardness of 87A, suggested applications include high property elastomers, coatings and adhesives. Standard NCO range is 6.9 to 7.2 and higher NCOs are also available. p>

IT-34

High property elastomers, coatings and adhesives are suggested applications for IT-34 with its 88A hardness and NCo range of 7.6 to 7.9. HIgher NCOs are also available.
