Modified Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate (MDI) Terminated Prepolymers.
Higher NCO ranges make the Quazi prepolymers a good choice when more flexibility is desired in the reaction process.
With NCOs ranging from 12 to 23, the QZ-E Series is PTMEG based and works well in applications such as microcellular, integral skin, semi-flexible foams, and cast elastomers. QZ-E13, QZ-E22 and QZ-E23 are a few of the more popular grades within the product line.
For cast and spray elastomers, coatings, binders and sealants, the polyether polyol based QZ-P Series offers NCOs ranging from 15 to 27%.
For polyester based quazi prepolymers, products such as QZ-T19 offer an NCO range of 18.8 to 19.2% and works extremely well in microcellular, integral skin and semi-flexible foams, particularly when abrasion and chemical resistance is desired.
Renewable resources are the basis for the QZ-R prepolymers. With NCO ranges between 19 and 24 %, the QZ-R prepolymers are suggested for microcellular, integral skin, and semi-flexible foam applications.
