In the TD Series product codes, the two digits that follow ‘TD’ are the target Shore A hardness rating for the finished product. Shore D hardness is indicated with a “D” in front of the two digits. The last letter indicates the type of prepolymer. Product Name example: TD-95E – for a prepolymer with 95A Shore hardness that is PTMEG based.
With Shore hardness grades from 70A to 90A, polyester adds abrasion and chemical resistance features to the high properties of the TD Series prepolymers making it an excellent choice for elastomers, elastomeric coatings, and adhesives.
High property elastomers, elastomeric coatings and adhesives are suggested applications for PTMEG based TD Series prepolymers. Grades are available with hardnesses from Shore 92 to 95A and 70 to 75D.

All urethane products must be tested – including field testing – in advance by the user to determine suitability of the selected product(s) in that application.
