Toluene Diisocyanate (TDI) Terminated Prepolymer

TLF Series

The TLF prepolymers are PTMEG based and work well in high property elastomers, coatings, and adhesives applications. The two digits in the product code indicate Shore A hardness in the 80 to 90 A range and “E” at the end of the code identifies it as a PTMEG based system. Product code name example: TLF-80E indicates a Shore hardness of 80A and the “E” identifies it as a PTMEG based prepolymer.

TLF-80E

For high property elastomers, elastomeric coatings and adhesives, TLF-90E has a Shore hardness rating of 90A and and NCO range of 4.0 to 4.3.

TLF-85E

With a Shore hardness rating of 83A and an NCO range of 3.2 to 3.4, TLF-85E is a good choice for high property elastomers, coatings and adhesives.

TLF-90E

Targeted to reach a Shore hardness of 90A in the finished product, the TLF-90E has an NCO range of 4.0 – 4.3 and is an excellent choice for high property elastomers, coatings and adhesives.
