Cast Elastomer Systems – CSY

These two component cast elastomer systems are carefully matched to yield a finished product with a specific Shore hardness rating.

Shore A Hardnesses Available:

A30, A40, A47, A50, A65, A70, A72, A85, A90, A97

Shore D Hardnesses Available:

D70, D71, D72, D73, D74, D75, D80

CSY Systems

CSYA30 ISO and POLY

CSYA30 is a two component polyether system exhibiting very low compression set. This system works well as gasketing material as well as other applications calling for relatively high rebound and low durometer.

CSYA47 ISO and POLY

CSYA47 is a two component system primarily used to make low durometer temporary tooling for the cast elastomer industry.

CSYA65 ISO and POLY

No post cure is needed for this two component low temperature casting system that has relatively high resilience, low abrasion and compression set.

CSYA70 ISO and POLY

CSYA70 is a two component, 1:1 weight casting system offering high properties in the finished urethane foam.

CSYA72 ISO and POLY

This two component, low temperature polyether cast was specifically designed to be easy to use for cast moldings.

CSYA85 ISO and POLY

CSYA85 is a two component, low temperature casting system for use in applications calling for a Shore hardness of 85A.

CSYD80 ISO and POLY

CSYD80 is a two component, 2:1 by volume, room temperature casting system with a five minute gel time that produces a high impact rigid 80 Shore D urethane. Suggested applications include computer housings, models, artwork, and encapsulation.
